Happy Chinese New Year from Nozawa Onsen
Nozawa Onsen Snow Report 12th of February 2021.
“Gōngxǐ fācái” and Xīnnián kuàilè to all our friends and guests from parts of Asia celebrating the year of the Ox today. We have had a bull run of a season here in Nozawa on the snow front and wish you could be here to enjoy it with us. Not to worry as we look forward to hopefully welcoming you back next season. Lots of local Japanese and expats starting to roll into town though with the long weekend to celebrate the National Foundation day in Japan. Plenty of sunshine and snow to greet them.

Yesterday turned out to be a great day on the slopes and was pretty quiet. Will be a good buzz around town this weekend though and all the restaurants, bars and cafes are gearing up to welcome the guests that can make it. Thanks for the support. Still looking like a clear weekend with light winds before another cold front next week.
