Expats Ski Holiday Japan
Frosty Trees up at Yamabiko
Pretty day up top in Nozawa this morning with the trees nice and white from a little dusting we received overnight. The sun has come out and making for a fun day on the slopes. A welcome change from yesterday which had low visibility and pretty marginal conditions. Nice and cold too with temps up top hovering just above zero making for a touch of winter in the Spring.
Temp at the top; 2 degrees
New snow since close; 0 cm
Base at the top; 225 cm
Snow conditions; Fun day with a bit of a dusting up top
Weather; Sunny day and fairly cool
Expats Ski Holiday Japan
Looking ahead and plenty of Sunshine on the menu. Temps will climb from tomorrow and we will be back to that pleasant Spring pattern. Not such a bad thing. Sorry no fresh snow expected on the radar for the rest of March but still over 2 meters of base. Last year we got 40cm on April 10th, wouldn’t that be a nice surprise again. Things are very quiet around town so if you love your fair weather skiing as much as I do come on up.
