MARCH SEASON PASS NOZAWA
Ohayo Gozaimasu from Nozawa Onsen
This morning the clouds have rolled in and shall linger for majority of the day. Winds are light from the SW staying consistent. Temperatures are keeping in the negatives at a max of -2 and wind chill sitting relative. Visibility on the slopes will be great but clouds may hinder the view of the surrounding mountains.
Groomers will be the pick for today. As it’s a weekday the crowds will be a lot less, so if you’re feeling like a long peaceful ride try out skyline first thing this morning with some fresh corduroy underneath the skis or board.
Here in Nozawa Onsen, March has been awesome so far. Less crowds, quieter streets, more likely to find an empty onsen, it’s great. The season pass drops to half price during March, which is perfect for anyone who is keen to join us here for the Spring and experience this incredible time of the season. Adults are just 41,500 yen and Kids 25,500 Yen. So if ski for a month thats just about 1400 Yen or $15 a day. Take the kids out of school maybe and they can study some Japanese!
