Cosmic Sauna in Nozawa
How cool or warm is this? Open all year round in Nozawa the Cosmic Sauna is a great way to relax and unwind. Perfect after a day of skiing, mountain biking, yoga or hiking in the mountains. The Sauna is the creation of some local crew who banned together to build it and it is fully mobile. In winter it was located up near Furusato Onsen and you could roll around in the snow in between sessions. In summer it is up by nearby Lake Hokuryuko where you can plunge in to the cold waters or take a Sup paddle after your warm up in the Sauna.

Crafted from beautiful timbers, heated by a wood burning fire place and with strategic placed windows taking in the great outdoors it is a beautiful and unique experience.
