Nozawa Onsen Snow Report 19th of February 2021.
Absolutely stunning day in Nozawa today. After a respectable 21cm of fresh snow overnight all the slopes and surrounding trees are loaded with the white gold and it looks like a magical crystal forest. With the nice cold temps the snow underfoot is awesome on all runs and it is pretty deep, if you are venturing off the groomers take care. If easing yourself into your Friday afternoon take a moment to check out the web cams as it looks impressive with the sun kissing the trees;

After multiple days of snow fall we will be looking forward to a bit of sun over the weekend. Quite a few folk heading up by the looks. In a bit of a carbon copy of last weekend it is going to remain sunny for the next 3 days and temps will warm up too. With all the snow it is going to be a fun weekend. Monday night into Tuesday we should see another healthy fall across the resort.
