Toumyo Matsuri, Winter Lantern Festival Tonight Saturday the 4th of March   Live in the Hikage Slopes Tonight is a special night in Nozawa Onsen since it is time for the annual Toumyo festival, also known as the “Lantern Festival”. The festivities will be held at the Hikage slope, starting at 7:00pm up until 9pm. It should be quite an enjoyable evening, with free sake, ice cream, live music and fireworks on the menu.
