420cm Base & More Powder Incoming!
It’s getting silly now, a massive 93cm for the top overnight! Record-breaking numbers with base reaching 420cm at Yamabiko and snowfall still in the forecast until the weekend! Whether you’re carving through waist-deep powder or cruising the freshly groomed runs, it’s an absolute winter wonderland out there! ⛷️🏂
Yesterday was fantastic, with temperatures dropping again to keep the snow in great shape—light and dry. Visibility was good for most of the day, making for some epic runs. Today, stronger winds might reduce visibility at times, but the good news is that from tomorrow, winds are expected to ease, meaning conditions should improve once again.
The groomers have been working tirelessly, ensuring everyone can make the most of these incredible conditions. With so much fresh snow, please stay within the resort boundaries, as conditions beyond are highly unstable. There’s more than enough deep, untouched powder to enjoy safely on-piste, so make the most of it and ride responsibly! See you out there!
