If you’re planning to visit in early October, don’t miss the Yakitori Japan Festival in Ueda, just outside of Nagano. The event, held on the 5th and 6th of October, will feature delicious yakitori from all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa. Hours run from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and until 4pm on Sunday—perfect for a tasty stop before returning to Nozawa!
