Have to admit it is nice to see the sun again! After over a week of non stop heavy snow, had almost forgotten what it looked like. What a snow storm that was, probably as intense as the huge system we copped at the start of the season and it delivered the 2.5 meters expected with some change.

 

 

Just a dusting up top overnight not the usual 50cm 🙂 There will still be so much powder up there to enjoy and will be nice to hopefully see some corduroy lines for a change. Know many are trying to book for next season and sorry for any delays getting back to you have been snowed infer literally. ❄️ SNOW FORECAST:
The big question those are asking who are on their way up is, is the snow ❄️ over? The answer is no. We have a southerly wind change today brining with it warmer temps which will help locals with snow clearing and give everyone a chance to defrost. More snow expected for up top tonight with over 20cm forecast. We have a few quiet days over the weekend and should see more of this much awaited glorious sunshine.
Then another 3 day snow system building from next Monday. Temps will drop again and solid snow falls expected. Heaviest on Monday. Anyway grab your morning coffee from the Ski Locker or your favourite and head on up there, it is going to be a magic day in Nozawa again.
