Bluebird mornings like today are what dreams are made of! ☀️✨ The sun is shining across Nozawa Onsen, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces after the recent snowstorms. While the weekend rush has settled, the slopes are still buzzing with riders making the most of the perfect conditions. With clear skies and easing snowfall, temperatures are sitting at a crisp -5°C at the top today and tomorrow—ideal for carving up that quality snow! Looking ahead, we’ll see a gradual rise in temperatures, peaking at around 3°C at the summit over the weekend. A sunny break with light snow showers before big snow returns to us next week! Light snow starts this Wednesday, with temperatures staying cold (-7°C at the top), keeping conditions prime.
A brief weekend warm-up (0°C to 3°C at the summit) before heavy snowfall arrives March 5–6, bringing deep powder days. Stronger winds (gusts 40–45 km/h) may impact lifts midweek.
Expect firm groomers in the morning, softening under the sun, with fresh powder later in the week. Best pow days likely from March 6 onward—get ready! ❄️🎿
