Perfect Day Slopes Nozawa
An amazing day on the slopes awaits in Nozawa!
After 3 days of non stop snow the Snow gods are taking a break this morning in Nozawa. The resort reporting another 17cm of fresh snow overnight bringing the total of this storm close to the 1 meter mark. It was coming down heavy in town last night. Yesterday the top of the mountain was not accessible due to wind hold on the Gondola. But today winds have eased, skies have cleared, lifts look all set to open and all that untouched powder awaits. There will be plenty of hungry powder hounds waiting in the queue to get first tracks. Grab a coffee and get on up there amongst all this amazing snow.

☃️ SNOW FORECAST:
Light snow forecast to fall through today and tonight but no sign of it yet. This weekend should see some superb conditions with all this snow and lots of sunshine expected. Temps remain cold which will help to keep the snow intact. Winds also set to ease throughout the coming week and more sunshine so will be a beautiful week on the slopes in Nozawa. We may see some more snow from Thursday at this stage. Long term another system appears to be forming from next weekend but will need to wait and see.
