Need to be happy, organized and enjoy taking care of people. Also be able to shovel snow we get a lot of it! Great team environment and magical town to live in. Preference for all the above given to people with fluent or good Japanese/English speaking skills.

A few requirements to apply

Need to be available minimum from December 10th to March 15th
If not holder of a Japanese passport need to be able to apply for a Working Holiday Visa age to 30 Years old
Ski and Board Instructors only we can look at sponsoring at any age if have good experience
Sorry but we generally cannot accept applicants under 20 Years of age
We do not accept smokers
Preference given to bilingual staff that speak English and Japanese and have hospitality experience

Pay varies depending on the position but competitive rates and benefits.

You will need to be eligible for a working holiday visa or be a permanent resident to be considered for a position.

Rosters are generally for 6 days a week of 7 hours a day with shifts varying. Usually split shift so time to ride
