Two beautiful snowy days …What a treat. From Wednesday morning until about midday yesterday we saw snow falling consistently across Nozawa. the clouds cleared out at around lunchtime yesterday and we were left with beautiful blue skies and a whole lot of fresh snow; more than we were expecting.
The skies stayed clear all night, keeping temperatures nice and low and the snow fresh. Today should be another fantastic day with blue skies all around. Some light snow is expected to come once the winds increase in the afternoon.
The forecast is looking ever more in our favour for the start of next week. Monday looks it will be the day with heavy snow expected throughout the day. Temperatures will be rising over the next few days though will drop again once the snow starts coming.
