Deep Days in Nozawa
Nozawa Onsen Snow Report 11th of February 2021.
Even on a day when we didn’t expect snow we got some. The resort reporting 11cm up top overnight and still snowing lightly now. Nice cold temps and with the snow clouds keeping the sun away it should be a fun day on the slopes. It is however windy and the gondola has been stopping occasionally. Check out this video from a few days back showing some amazing coverups with all the great snow that has been falling. With almost 1 meter from the last system, the whole mountain had epic snow.

Yesterday was one of those “pinch me” days for sure with perfect conditions, fresh snow and sunny skies. The smallish number of people up on the slopes were having a ball. Big long weekend coming up in Japan and should be a fairly busy one in Nozawa. Still some availability around town so jump on the site if keen to come up for a slide. https://www.nozawaholidays.com
Looks like it should be a sunny weekend ahead with very light winds and warmer temps so a good one for the whole family if you can make it up.
