Nozawa Onsen Snow Report 19th January 2019
Blue sky in Nozawa today, ladies and gents. It complements the 20 centimetres we had overnight quite well indeed! It looks as though today might be the only blue we see for a bit. There’s somewhere around the 1.5 metre-mark predicted to fall during the next week. If recent forecasting stays true, that could well turn into a lot more. Good times!
What’s the mountain looking like today?
It’s clear skies and amazing views right now with the odd snow shower predicted for the top of the mountain a bit later into the afternoon. But it’s not until tomorrow that it’s supposed to really kick off. As mentioned though, 20 centimetres fell overnight so there’s plenty of fresh stuff up there this morning.
