Weather; Cloudy with light winds
Waking up to a cloudy morning here in Nozawa and snow is forecast later today.
Grooming overnight and warmer weather has decreased the base on the mountain but with forecast having some good snow coming up we should see that base build back and some fresh powder. The forecast is looking good with snow almost everyday this week on the mountain. The mountain is still not fully open but its getting closer and with the snow this week we should hopefully see the rest of the runs opening up. There is still good skiing to be had on the mountain, and a variety of different courses are open now for any level.
With winter officially here, if you were thinking about a last minute trip to Nozawa Onsen, you are in luck! We have some great accommodation still available this season. Take a look at the link for more information: https://www.nozawaholidays.com/news/last-minute-availability-in-nozawa-onsen/
