Nozawa Onsen Snow Report – Dumping!
Nozawa Onsen Snow Report 15th December 2020
Welcome folks to the first Snow Report of the season with official figures from Nozawa. Lots of fresh snow to report too with the “Snow Tap” turned firmly on and the Snow Gods delivering epic amounts of the fresh goodness! We got over the “Magic Foot” or 30 cm of fresh snow yesterday and into last night and today we are set to receive “Two Magic Feet”! with over 60cm of fresh snow forecast. The landscape is changing quickly across the resort and the village and it looks beautiful.

Yesterday was a fun day on the hill with fresh tracks and not many people about. Without our overseas guests this year the weekdays are going to be pretty quiet so if you can escape the office or work from home come on up!

The forecast is for it to basically continue to snow for an entire week so we should see more of the resort open soon. Especially by the weekend. Strap in folks it looks like we are in for a ride.
