Another April Surprise in Nozawa
Big flakes lofting from the sky this morning in Nozawa Onsen. Mother Nature appears to be a little confused at the moment. Farmers are trying to prepare the fields down low and winter is hanging on. It was a magnificent day on the slopes yesterday with the snow we received the night before and today should be a carbon copy with sunshine expected later. Currently a very wintery -5 degrees up top and another 5cm of fresh on the slopes, should be more if this keeps going. This video from up at the Olympic Cross Country park earlier today.
Probably not going to make it this season but please consider Nozawa for March and April next year. Spring Ski Holiday Japan
