White Christmas at Nozawa Onsen

What do you want for Christmas?
Great day for Christmas trees yesterday and conditions on the slopes also surprisingly good. We got about 10cm of fresh snow the night before so made for some fun riding on the piste and a bit of powder on the sides. Of course we could use some more snow and still only D Course open but a few were venturing on to the fresh snow of E course too. Beautiful sunny start to the day here but can see some clouds starting to build and the forecast is for light snow to start falling today and continue all the way to Saturday morning getting heavy at times. Fingers crossed this will mean a white Christmas for everyone in Nozawa.
